We are not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or data handling that occur on the EzyCourse platform, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist with access issues.

7. Payment, Fees, and Refunds

• Course fees are as stated at the time of purchase and are processed securely through Paddle, our third-party payment processor.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.
• After the 30-day period has passed, purchases are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time; changes will not affect courses already purchased.
